FAQ

Answers to common questions about my work, services, and approach.

What is Codex Neuralis?

Codex Neuralis is my company. We build AI systems, AI agents, and software using AI infrastructure. Our portfolio includes multi-agent orchestrations, custom PHP MVC applications, ESP32 firmware, n8n automation pipelines, MCP plugins, and open-source products. Every project carries the mark: Built by Codex Neuralis. Visit codexneuralis.com for more.

What services do you offer?

AI pre-consulting (software architecture and AI integration strategy), audio podcast production (EUR 3/min, up to 6 voices, ElevenLabs + Kokoro), deep research article generation with WordPress API compatibility, magazine generation (covers, promo clips, VFX), and custom development (PHP MVC, ESP32 firmware, MCP plugins, n8n workflows). See the services page for details.

How much does a podcast cost?

Audio podcasts are EUR 3 per minute of finished audio, with a maximum duration of 20 minutes per episode. This includes multi-voice synthesis using ElevenLabs (up to 6 voices in 29+ languages) plus Kokoro local TTS on Linux, with an agentic autocorrection workflow for quality assurance. Delivery in MP3, WAV, or AAC format.

What technologies do you use?

Python (AI systems, agents, backend), PHP (custom MVC applications), C/ESP-IDF (embedded firmware for ESP32-S3), JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and n8n for automation. I work with major LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Google), ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, and build MCP servers for AI agent integration. I choose the right stack for the problem, not the other way around.

Do you write code manually?

No. I orchestrate AI agents to build production software. My expertise is in knowing what to build and how to command AI systems to build it effectively and reliably. This approach allows me to deliver faster, iterate more efficiently, and focus on architecture and strategy rather than syntax. Every output is verified, tested, and production-ready.

Do you work with startups?

Yes. Startups are a core part of my client base. I work best with early-stage and growth-stage companies that need AI architecture design, rapid prototyping, or production system development. I offer pre-consulting sessions to help startups assess AI opportunities and avoid costly architectural mistakes before committing to full-scale development.

How do you approach a project?

Research first, then architecture, then agent-driven implementation. Every engagement starts with deep domain understanding. I design the system architecture, select the technology stack, and then orchestrate AI agents to build iteratively with continuous verification. The result is a production-ready system delivered faster than traditional development approaches.

Where are you based?

Darmstadt, Germany. I am available for remote engagements worldwide and on-site work in the Rhein-Main region (Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt area). Timezone: UTC+1 / UTC+2.

Do you offer open-source products?

Yes. Codex Neuralis develops and maintains open-source products as part of our commitment to the developer community. These include reusable AI agent skills, MCP plugins, automation tools, and reference implementations. Open-source products serve as both marketing and research - they demonstrate our capabilities and attract talent and collaborators.

How can I hire you?

Use the contact form on this website or email contact@alexcirstea.eu directly. Tell me about your project, timeline, and goals. I typically respond within 24 hours. For small engagements, we can start with a pre-consulting session. For larger projects, we will discuss scope, deliverables, and timeline before any commitment.

What languages do you speak?

Romanian (native), English (fluent, technical and business), German (A1-A2, currently learning at IB Darmstadt). I can work with clients in Romanian and English. German-language projects are possible with clear technical documentation and communication.
